Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to verification. Our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and address before dispatching the package. Unverified orders may be canceled to prevent fraudulent or undeliverable shipments.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) typically receive orders faster, while remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

• Shipping Costs: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. (Note: If you ever decide to charge for shipping, you can update this to say "A flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 applies").

Courier Partners We partner with premium local courier services (such as TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, or CallCourier) to ensure your Fatihaa products reach you safely and securely.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package's journey.
