Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because our products are personal care items (essential oils), the bottles must be strictly unopened, unused, and have the original seal intact. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with our return shipping address. You will need to send the package back to us using a reliable local courier (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, or CallCourier). Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and replace it for you immediately at no extra cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair oils and pain relief oils. Once the seal is broken, the product is non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on discounted sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the sealed item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (Cash on Delivery)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund is approved based on the condition of the seal and packaging.

Since our store primarily operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed manually via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Once approved, our team will ask for your preferred account details and transfer the funds within 5 to 7 business days.
